Shipping Policy

  • FREE Shipping is available on all orders over INR 299.
  • To be eligible for cash-on-delivery, your order must be AT LEAST INR 299 in total value.
  • For orders within Lucknow region that are below INR 299, shipping charges of INR 19 are applicable and delivery is completed within 1 day.
  • For orders in any other parts of India that are below INR 299, shipping charges of INR 49 are applicable.

Note: For the purpose of providing the Services and for other purposes identified in this Policy, The Skin Art will be required to collect and host certain data and information of the Users. The Skin Art will committed to protecting the personal information of users and takes all reasonable precautions for maintaining its confidentiality.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation before shipment: If the order or the item(s) that you wish to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to us at ask@theskinart.com or call us at +91 7042287474 (10am-6pm, Mon-Fri). In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request has been processed by us.

Cancellation post-shipment: If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with us at ask@theskinart.com or call us at +91-70422 87474 (10am-6pm, Mon-Fri). Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging conditions, we will refund you your money within 24-48 business hours.

Note: In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to our delivery partner from our end, we cannot guarantee cancellation and they still may attempt delivery. In that case, kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.

Return and Exchange Policy

We offer all our customers an easy return policy. Returns can be initiated in case of wrong or damaged product(s) received. In such cases, you can raise a return request of product(s) within 5 business days of receiving the order. We also accept partial returns of the order, wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.

In case of a request for replacement, it is subject to the availability of the stock and INR 150 will be charged for re-shipping of the replaced products. In case a replacement of the product is not approved by the logistics team, we will deduct the INR 300 from the full amount refunded for the return provided.

  • The products must be re-packed in the original packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear and tear.
  • There should be no damage to the outer carton, and the security seal and tags should be intact.

Return or Exchange Process

  • Please get in touch with us at ask@theskinart.com or call us at +91-70422 87474 (10am-6pm, Mon-Fri) to raise the return request within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • You will be requested to provide us with your order ID and email the images and videos of the product(s) with their batch numbers, if you wish to return your product(s).
  • You will be asked to provide us with the unboxing video of the products received with The Skin Art's seal/tape visible in the video in case of return.
  • We will schedule a return pick-up within 3-4 business days. We shall initiate the refund only if the products received by us are in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
  • Additional Information

    • You can expect the receipt of your exchange within 5-7 days.
    • INR 150 will be charged as shipping and pickup charges in case of an exchange.
    • INR 300 will be deducted from the total refund amount in case of returns of non-damaged and correct products.
    • Lost or damaged returns are strictly non-refundable and not eligible for an exchange.
    • All exchanges will be processed only through cash-on-delivery.
    • The Skin Art reserves the right to change the policy without any prior notice.
